RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of residence,
garage and shed and removal of oil tank, retaining walls, miscellaneous concrete
and debris located at�836 North Lexington, Lots 3 and 4, Rose Walsh Addition, Saint
Paul, Minnesota to NOPSIS AUTO PARTS, INC. in accordance with City specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7005 of said Norm's Auto Parts, Inc.,
City to pay Contractor $308.00, such bid being the lowest,and said Norm's Auto Parts,
Inc. being a reliable and reasonable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and
hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor,.and the proper,
city officials hereby, are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of tie City
