in an easement to- be obtained ons under and across the westerly 4 ft. of the
easterly 6 ft. of Lot 260 Block 80 Lane's Phalen Grove Additions under Preliminary
Order 181521 approved February 150 19570 and Final Order'182640 approved May 7,1957,
WHEREASs Plans and specifications in an easement to be obtained ons under
and across the westerly 4 ft, of the easterly -6 ft. of hot 260 Block 8., Lane's
Phalen Grove Additions were approved under C.F. 183978 approved August 10 1957;
therefores be it
RESOLVED., That the plans and specifications as submitted by the Commissioner
of Public Works for the grading and surfacing with bituminous material of the alley
in Block 80 Lapels Phalen Grove Additions from Mendota St. to the north and south
alleys be and the same are hereby approved and the Commissioner of Public Works be
and he is hereby directed to do the work by City Forces at an estimated cost of
$1740.000 and the Purchasing Agent proceed to secure the necessary materials and
be it
FURTBER RESOLVED., That the cost of the above improvements including
engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $283.000 or a total of_$2023,000
plus the cost of the sewers be assessed against the benefitted property.
