1 WHEREAS, on February 4, 2009, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-153,
2 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for graffiti removal on private properties from
3 July 24 to August 27, 2008. {File No. J0810P, Assessment No. 8553); and

5 WHEREAS, the property at 1825 University Avenue West, being described as:

Hughes' Midway Addition to the City of St. Paul, Ramsey Co., Minn. Lots 20 21 and Lot 22;
4 with the property identification number 33-24-23-24-0023 was assessed an amount of $256.84 for graffiti
10 removal; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Aearing Officer recommends deleting the assassment as the assessment was
13 made in error.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
16 any accrued interest; and
17
18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $256.84, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
19 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #09-153 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
