Contract G 1203 was awarded to Roy A. Shelgren for General
Construction -in Remodeling the Third Floor of the Public
Utilities Building, 100 East Tenth Street, Saint Paul.
During the course of the work under this contract, it was
found desirable to relocate the eight inch exhaust line
from the sulphur pot heater in the testing laboratory, and
at the request of the Commissioner of Public Utilities, ne-
gotiations have been conducted with the contractor who
agrees to do this work for $91.00, which is a reasonable
amount for the labor and material involved.
It is, therefore, requested that a resolution be submitted
to the Council authorizing this extra in the amount of $91.00
to Contract G 1203 to cover the above described work.
