1 WHEREAS, on February 18, 2009, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-
2 21 Q said Resolution being the Rarification of Assessment for graffiti removal on private properties from
3 September 29 to November 15, 2008. (File No. J4812P, Assessment No. 8590); and

WHEREAS, the property at 634 Snelling Avenue South, being described as:

7 Twin City View Lot 14 Blk 6;
9 with the property identification number 10-28-23-33-0082 was assessed an amount of $205.92 for graffiti
10 removal; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
13 made in enor.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount af the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
16 any accrued interest; and
17
18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, tbat the reducrion of $205.92, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
19 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #09-210 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
