COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM
WHEREAS, on or about the 27th day of June,
1957, a vehicle owned by the City of Saint Paul and
,operated by Officer Robert Minogue was involved in a
.collision with a car which is owned by the Harris
Jewelry Company and was driven by Robert W. Harris.
and suffered property damage to.the extent of $147.29;
and

WHEREAS, the circumstances surrounding this
accident are such that the liability and responsibility
-of the parties is not clear and both parties,are desirous
of effecting a compromise of this dispute; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are
authorized to accept payment of One Hundred Dollars
(100.00) as a compromise in settlement of Registered
Bill No. -2785 for One Hundred Forty Seven and 29/100
Dollars! (l�'7.29 and further, that the proper City
officer's are authorized to cancel the remainder of this
bill.
