WHEREAS, on February 18, 2004, the Ciry Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-
210, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for graffiti removal on private properties from
September 29 to November 15, 2008. (File No. J0812P, Assessment No. 8590}; and

WHEREAS, the property at 64 Rose Avenue West, being described as:
Stinson's Rice Street Addition to the City of St. Paul, Minn. Lot 8 Blk 4;
9 with the property identification number 30-29-22-22-0047 was assessed an amount of $115.46 for graffiti
10 removal; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Heazing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
13 made in error.

I S THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment far this property be deleted, plus
16 any accrued interest; and

1$ BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $ll 5.4b, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
19 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #Q9-210 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
