WFIEREAS, on March 5, 2008, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #03-242,
said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for property clean-up on private properties from
November 30 to December 14, 2007 (File No. J0720A, Assessment No. 8433); and

WIIEREAS, the property at 539 Charles Avenue, being described as:
H. M. RANNEY'S SUBDIVISION BLOCK 11, STINSON'S DIVISI(JN TO ST. PAUL, MINN.
LOT 21 BLK 2;

10 with the property identification number 36-29-23-23-0055 was assessed an amount of $228.00 for property
1 I clean-up; and

13 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
14 made in error.

16 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
17 any accrued interests.
