WHEREAS, Daniel Sauro, an employe of the Department of
Public Utilities of the City of Saint Paul, died on the 10tji day
of June, 1957; and
WHEREAS, at the time of his death said employe was
entitled to wages from the City for 219 hours of overtime
representing an amount due him from the City of $518.51; and
WEREAS, said employe, at the time of his death,
was a member of the Public Employees Retirement Association; and
WHEREAS. the surviving spouse of said employe, Mrs.
Josephine Sauro, has requested payment of the aforementioned wages
to her, gas surviving spouse, less the appropriate deduction from
said amount which she requests be tendered to the Public Employees
Retirement Association; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section IV of Ordinance -No.
6446, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed
to pay to Mrs. Josephine Sauro the sum of $518.51 less the
appropriate amount of deduction to Public Employees Retirement
Association, which amount shall be paid by the proper city
officers to the Public Employees Retirement Association.
