This is an,emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the pres- ervation of the public peace, health and safety. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Section 145.01, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: "No vehicle shall be left standing at any time on School Days between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. on the north side of Baker Street between Humboldt Avenue and Gorman Avenue' ?, Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. Section 3.
