RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to snter into agreements
with the Minnesota Mutual Life Insurance Company, St. Paul
Fire & Marine Insurance Company, and Minnesota Hospital
Service Association for group health and welfare insurance
coverages, in accordance with the proposal received from
said insurer, the specifications of the City incorporated
in Formal Bid No. 6691, and the Award of Contract thereunder.
