RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee,
therefor and hereby awards contract for the Grading of Hoyt Avenue-from.-Birmingham
Street to McAfee Street, McAfee Street from Arlington Avenue to Hoyt Avenue, also
construct -the McAfee -Hoyt Sewer System to F. MORETTINL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in
accordance with, City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal
Bid #6911 of said F. Morettini Construction Company for the contract price of
$117,187.00 .(plus Engineering $9,375.00 and plus Inspection $2,344.00 by City Forces)
such bid being the lowest and said F. Morettini Construction Company being a
reasonable and reliable bidder and'the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is,directed
to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby
are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of wt(0of St. Paul.
