PAUL OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK CO NCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONE DATE COUNCIL FILE NO. 4A , WHEREAS, the Cmm' ssioner of Public Utilities has reported, in accordance with Section 53 of the City Charter, the existence of an emergency during the period from February 16th to February 28th 1958 inc. which rendered necessary the employment of certain employees of the Water Department for more than eight hours per day or forty hours '- per week in doing the following work: (1) Supervising repairs to Snelling reservoir. (2) Supervising repairs to water mains.
