RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above
improvementp be and the same are hereby approved and the Commissioner of
Public Works, be and he is hereby directed to place the gravel and oiling
and construction of bituminous gutters by City Forces at an estimated cost of

and and the Purchasing Agent proceed to secure the necessary materials,

FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby
directed to obtain bids for the grading and sewer work for this improvement,

engineering and inspection expenses amo tin to $2670.00, or a total
$27,186.001 plus the cost of grading anj�r, be asse6sed against the
