COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM
WOREAS, The Commissioner of Public Safety has reported, iY
accordance with Section 53 of the City Charter, the existence
of an emergency during the period from February 1, 1959 to
February 29, 1959. which rendered necessary the employment of
certain employees of the Department of Public Safety for more
than eight hours per day, or forty hours per week, in doing
the following workt
Maintenance work in the Bureau of Buildinj� Maint�ipnance
and WREREAS, this emergency arose by-reason of the following
facts and circumstances:
To replace employees on sick leave
THE MILL BE IT RESOLVED: That the proper city officers are
hereby authorized to pay the employees who performed such work
In accordance with the provision of the Council =s Salary Or-
