Statutes 1941, and upon delivery to the Corporation
of a release approved by him, John W. Dietzman be
paid $200.00 out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund
in full payment of damages sustained in an accident
with William J. Roppeau, a police officer, while in
the performance of his official duties.
