RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves

the application of the County Auditor for the abatement of the general
taxes for 1956 on the following described property, to wit:
.. Part of Lot 19 south of line parallel with and 7 ft. south
from west 28 ft. of north line of said Lot 19, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 6,.
together with street oiling and flushing assessment, totaling
$265.27, and recommends that the Commissioner of Taxation of the
State of Minnesota cancel said taxes and assessment.
