WHEREAS, by Resolution, Council File No. .185997,
passed by the Council of the City of 'Saint Paul and approved
on January 31, 1958, there was made a determination as to whether
certain categories of employes should be included or excluded
from the health and welfare insurance coverage program for
City employes which is to go into effect on March 1, 1958; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence, the following entitled
positions were omitted from t-he- -list of mechanical trades posi-
tions set out in said resolution:
Elevator Inspector
Masonry Inspector
Refrigeration Inspector,
Now, Therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the of or'ementioned titles- are to- be
included in the category of mechanical trades positions, who
are being paid under a program wherein their wages or salaries
have been increased to provide an allowance for health and wel-
fare benefits, and they shall be excluded from the City group -
program with respect to City contribution, but shall be eligible
for coverage under the group program, including coverage of
dependents, without evidence of insurability on an employe -
pay -all basis.
