RESOLVED, That ad -extra in the amount of $96.00 be
allowed under Contract G. -1109 between the City of Saint Paul
and the Gombold Electric Incorporated, said contract for
Installing Fluorescent Lighting for the Public Works De-
partment, Second Floor, City Hall, Saint Paul, Minnesota,
said extra to cover the installation of one new four foot,
four Light Holaphane Fixture #9334 -4, this work having been
requested by the Commissioner of Public Works, and agreement
made with the contractor, and a memorandum of said agreement
having been filed with the Comptroller and•countersigned by
him.

Contract Number G -1109 was awarded to Gombold Electric,
Inc., for Installing Fluorescent Lighting for the Public
Works Department, Second Floor, City Hall, Saint Paul,
Minnesota.
During the course of the work under this contract, it
was found advisable to install one new four foot, four
light Holaphane Fixture #9334 -4, and at the request of the
Commissioner of Public Works, negotiations have been con-
ducted with the contractor who agrees to do this work for
$96.00.
This is a reasonable amount for the labor and material in-
volved, and it is therefore requested that a resolution be
submitted to the Council authorizing an extra in the amount
of $96.00 to Contract Number G -1109 to cover the above
described change.
