RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract
ttee therefor,
and hereby awards contract for the Construction of a Sewer in Easement - St. Anthony
Park - Lot 21, Block 65 to WEBSTER COMPANY in accordance with City plans and
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #6890 of said Webster
Company for the contract price of $2,220.00, (plus Engineering $178.00 and plus
Inspection $44.00 by City Forces) such bid being the only bid meeting specifications
and Webster Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel
be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the
City of St. Paul.
