RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Finance be aut
cancel the balance of the assessment in the amount of m 8'fr
levied for the grading of6nway Street abutting the land described
as:
the west 30 feet of the followings subject to Conway Street
and except the west 528.5 feet and except the east 70 feet
of the north 172 feet, part of the Southeast i west of
Carroll Addition and north of the extended north line of
Wilson Avenue in Section 34, Tovmship 29, Range 22,
(Assessment Folio B9669 -,A, Improvement No. 5233)
for the reason that said land, having been condemned and taken by
the City of St. Paul for the opening, widening, and extension of
Germain Street, is now exempt,: and that the Permanent Improvement
Revolving Fund be reimbursed for this amount from the 1951 budget,
Fund 31E, in the same manner as for other assessments levied against
exempt lands.
