ed under Contract G -972 between the City of Saint Paul and Wm.
Poppenberger & Son, said contract for the Stuccoing of Palace
Playgrounds Building, located at Jefferson Avenue and View
Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota,.and said extra to cover work
involved in closing up and plastering over a door opening, this
work having been requested by the Commissioner of Parks, Play-
grounds And Public Buildings, and agreement having been made
with the contractor and a memorandum of said agreement having
been filed with the Comptroller and countersigned by him.

Contract Number G -972 was awarded to Wm. Poppenberger & Son
for Stuccoing of Palace Playgrounds Building, located at
Jefferson Avenue and View Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work under this contract, it was
found desirable to close up and plaster over a door opening,
and at your request, negotiations were conducted with the
contractor who agrees to do this-work for the amount of
$99.13, which is a reasonable amount for the labor and ma-
terial involved.
It is, therefore, requested that a resolution be submitted
to the Council authorizing this extra in the amount of
$99.13 to Contract Number G -972 to cover the above describ-
ed .work .
