to and from storage spaces and voting places for the four
regular election dates scheduled in the City of St. Paul in
the Calendar Year 1958, to ST. PAUL TERMINAL IVAIMHOUSE COMPANY
in accordance with(City specifications therefor hereto attached
and the Formal Bid #6867 of said Ste Paul Terminal'Warehouse
Company, at a total contract price of $11,170,72, such bid being
the lowest and said Ste Paul terminal 'Warehouse Company being the
lowest reliable and reasonable bidder? and theCorporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor and the properCity officials hereby are
authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the+City of
ste Paul,
