SHEAHAN SPECIAL ASSISTANT February 13, 1958 Enclosed herewith are copies of the original reso- lution for the hiring of real estate experts for appraisals. I have prepared a form of resolution for passage by the Council, citing the necessity for such employment. I presume that the Council can pass this resolution without any confirmatory resolution by the Building Commission. I would take it that such course of procedure is the one to be followed in connection with the resolution of the Council adopting the recommendation of the Building Com- mission as to site.
