WHEREAS: Mendel and Jennie Gordon dba Radio Cab Co. have made Application L'- -6251 for license
to operate one (1) automobile as Taxicab No. 39 upon the streets of the City of
Saint Paul, described as a 1956 Dodge, Serial 32244131 insured by the Public
Company
National Insurance %Policy No. PAL 148528, expiring 12:01 A.M. ST January 8, 1959, and
WHEREAS: Said applicants have filed a copy of the insurance policy with the City of Saint
Paul and said policy has been approved as to form and execution by the Corporation
Counsel, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That license to operate said automobile as a taxicab upon the streets of the City
of Saint Paul be and the same is hereby granted to Mendel and Jennie Gordon dba
Radio Cab Co.
