hereby authorized and directed to execute a satisfaction of lien
in the amount of $164.41, said sum being the costs incurred by
the City of Saint Paul in demolishing a dangerous structure at
91 W. Hyacinth Street, more particularly described as Lot 31,
Block 2, Wifelburg Hills, Saint Faul, Minn.
