RESOLVED, that Sam Levy be permitted to install on
the south side of Sycamore Street West, an oversize drive-
way, approximately 40 feet wide at the property line, to
serve the property described as W. 299.98 feet of part
of SW 4 of SE 4 of SE 4 N. of Great Northern Railroad
R/W in Sec. 25, T 29, R 23,'and be it further
RESOLVED, that the centerline of said driveway be
approximately 25 feet west of the east property line of
-said property and constructed under the direction and to
the satisfaction of; the Commissioner of Public Works.
