RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of dwelling and
garage located at 912 Holton Street described as the N. 36.35 feet of the S. 109.05
feet of Lot 2, Block 2, College Place East Div. and wrecking of dwelling located at,
878 Hamline Avenue described as (except the east 45 feet) Lots 9 &.10, Block 3,
College Place East Division, including removal of all miscellaneous concrete,
fences and debris, Saint Paul, Minnesota to PATSY TRECKING CO. in accordance with
City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7377 of said
Patsy Wrecking Co. City to pay Contractor $375.00, such bid being the lowest
and said Patsy Wrecking Co. being a reasonable and reliable bidder and,the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form -of_ contract
therefor, and the proper City officials,'hereby are authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
