The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration
the preliminary order of the Council, known as Council File No. 188657 ,
approved August 7th , 19 58 , relative to the restoration of the
sidewalk on the west side of Warwick St. from Randolph Ave. to Palace Ave.
and on the north side of Randolph Ave. westward to the approximate west line
of Lot 18, Blk. 15, Sylvan Park Add. by constructing new sidewalk where
necessary and by repairing where practical.
