RESOLVED, That the "Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering to the Depart -
meet of Public Works, Bureau of Traffic Control, Traffic Sign Shop, 666 E. Third
Street, St. Paul, Minnesota 2,500 gallons non - reflective traffic paint, to
FARWELL, OzmuN, KIRK & COMPANY, in accordance with City specifications therefor
hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7184 of said Farwell, Ozmun, Kirk & Company
at a contract price of ,6,375.00, such bid being the lowest and said Farwell,
Ozmun, Kirk & Company being a reliable and reasonable bidder, and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor
and the proper City

authorized to execute said contract on
