WHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be necessary in
the Improvement described as the Grading of CLEAR AVENUE
from Germain Avenue to Hazelwood Avenue; also CLEAR
AVENUE- GERMAIN AVENUE SEWER SYSTEM, Comptroller's Contract
L- 5969 -A, J. �f- Walker & Sons,-Contractor, have been
provided for in the Specifications, and
WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following
Addition:
Construct Manhole in IVY AVENUE to
replace Catchbasin encountered in new
Sewer line - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - $ 200.00, and
WHEREAS, the Addition is $ 200.00, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City
Council approves the foregoing Addition made in'accord-
ance with the-Specifications in the sum of $ 200.00,
said amount to be added to the lump sum named in the
Contract known as Comptroller's Contract L- 5969 -A for
the making of the above Improvement, which amount is
to be financed from Assessments against benefited tbz
property.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with
the above named Contractor that the sum of 200.00 is.''
the correct amount to be added to the above Contract.
