Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon.
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
grading and surfacing with bituminous material the East- and -West alley adjacent to
Lots-33 �hru 58 in'Johnstone's Subdivision of Block 1, of Stinson's Division of
NW 1 of Section 36; Township .29, Range 23, from Arundel St. to Western Ave.
under Preliminary Order 181296 approved January 31, 1957
Intermediary Order I Al Fg , approved March 12._1957 ,
Final Order 182232 approved April 9, 1957
The assessment of benefits, costs and PPxpe..nsps for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 19th
day of November , 19 58 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the _notice- is directed.
