Purchasing Committee in awarding contract for furnishing and delivering

Valves M.J, to the Water Department Storeyard, Hamline & Carroll Avenues,St.Paul,Minn
to M�& H VALVE & FITTINGS COMPANY for the contract price of $7737.00 (Board
of Water Commissioners reserving the right to increase any individual item of
the Materials of the Contract by an amount not to exceed 257.) in accordance
with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7372 of
said M & H Valve & Fittings Company, such bid being the lowest and said M & H
Valve & Fittings Company being areasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor
and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
behalf of the City of Saint Paul..
