RESOLVED, that a special election is hereby ordered to
be held in the manner provided by law, in the City of Saint Paul,
Minnesota, on Tuesday, November 4, 1958 (which is the same day the
State and County General Election will be held), for the purpose
of submitting to the electors of said City the ratification or
rejection of the following School Bond Ordinance, Ordinance No.113 v L
entitled:
"An ordinance authorizing and proviM$$ for
the issuance of, Twenty Million - I�Iundred
Thousand Dollars ($2 , 00,000.00) par value of
the bonds of /the City of Saint'Paul, Minnesota,
upon the approval thereof by the 'electors of they
City of Saint Paul, for the following purposes, viz:
For the purpose of acquiring school sites
and grounds, and constructing and equipping
of new school buildings and additions to
existing school buildings, and for the
reconstruction, repair, betterment, remodel-
ing and equipping of existing school buildings.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the City Clerk be and he hereby is
ordered6and instructed to cause to be published the full text
of Ordinance No. %�o�, in the St. Paul Dispatch, the St. Paul
Pioneer Press, and the St. Paul Legal Ledger. Said ordinance
shall be published once in each of said newspapers not less than
ten days nor more than fifteen days before November 4, 1958, and.
_ it shall be preceded by a statement that said ordinance will be
submitted to the electors of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota,
for ratification or rejection at the special election to be held
Tuesday, November 4, 1958 (which is the same day the State and
County General Election will be held). The cost of such•publication
shall be paid from the Election Expense Account of the General Fund.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the City Clerk is hereby ordered
to give notice of said election in the manner provided by law, and
that the registration records on file in the Registration and
Election Bureau of the City Clerk's office shall be used as provided
by law; and he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare the
necessary voting places, printing, stationery-and election sup -
plies,.the cost thereof, together with the- expense of said
election to be paid out of the Election Expense Account of the
General Fund.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the polls at said special election shall
remain.open during the hours provided by law, and the polling places
and the judges and clerks of said election shall be the same as those
acting at said State and County General Election.
