COE NCIL NO. 18' 577
RESOLVED, that Midway Chevrolet Company be permitted to
remodel its existing customer parking lot on Lots 22 through 26,
Block 30, Syndicate #5 Addition, located on the north side of
University Avenue from Albert Street to Hamline Avenue, in accordance
with appli,cantts plans approved October 2, 1958 and subject to com-
pliance with the provisions of all ordinances governing the operation
of parking lots, and to the further condition that sidewalks abutting
said premises be kept clean and free of ice and snow at all times.

University Avenue in connection with their new and used car sales business on
property located on the north side of University Avenue between Albert Street

Field'investigation discloses no objection to the proposed parking lot change'.
The plans meet standards for tbis.,tyPQ ' . of - facility, and the Traffic Engineer
has approved, the layout and operation.
In consideration of these factors, the Board of Zoning recommends . that this
permit be gr"anted in accordance' with the applicant's plans approved October 2,
1958.
