WHEREAS, Additions which might prove -to be necessary in the
Improvement described as the Installation of Bridge Lighting
on the HIGH BRIDGE and SMITH AVENUE from Cliff Street to
Cherokee Boulevard, Comptroller's Contract L- 5966 -1, Common-
wealth Electric Company, contractor, have been provided for
in the Specifications, and
WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following
Addition:
PAINTING LIGHT STANDARDS-- - - - - - - - - - - - $ 330.00, and
WHEREAS, the total Addition is $ 330.00, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council,
approves the foregoing Addition made in accordance with the
Specifications in the sum of $ 330.00, said amount to be
added to the lump sum consideration named in the contract
for the making of the above Improvement, which amount is to
be financed from Municipal State Aid (MHD NO. 27515).
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the
above named Contractor that the sum of $ 330.00 is the
correct amount to be added to the above Contract.
