Harris Plumbing Company, said contract for Mechanical Work in
Connection with Alterations to the Saint Paul Public Library,
Saint Paul, Minnesota, and said extra to cover installation of an
additional grade level yard hydrant ($207.45) and increasing the
3/411 copper water line to 1'/2" ($72.40); this work having been
requested by the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums,
And Stadia, and agreement made with the contractor and a memo
randum of said agreement having been filed with the Comptroller
and countersigned by him
