1 WIIEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and Dakota County desire to enter into an agreement whereby Saint
2 Paul will provide Dakota County with traffic signal and street lighting infrastructure maintenance services
3 on an occasional basis when requested by Dakota County and Dakota County will pay Saint Paul for the
4 same; now therefore be it;
6 RESOLVED, that we hereby authorize the proper city officials to sign the agreement.

provide services, an agreement between Dakota County and Saint Paul needs to be executed.
