Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
grading and surfacing with bituminous material the north and south alley in Dorn's
Subdivision, from the East and West alley to Orange Ave.; also constructing a sewer
from the alley to the sewer in Galtier St. in an easement to'be obtained on the
northerly 4 ft. of the southerly 6 ft. of Lot 7, Dora's Subdivision
under Preliminary Order 180795 , approved December 18, 1956
Intermediary Order 181264 approved January 29, 1957
Final Order 181633 , approved February 26, 1957
reapproved as amended March , '
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 12th
day of November 19-53—, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount - assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
