Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses
for
grading and surfacing with bituminous material the East and West alley in Block 1,
Brewster's Subdivision and Dehmer's Subdivision, from -.Abell St. to the east line
of Lot 36, Dehmer's Subdivision
under Preliminary Order 181280 , approved January 30, 1957 ,
Intermediary Order approved March 12, 1957
Final Order 182234 approved April 9, 1957

the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 12th
day of November 19 58 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
