RESOLVED, that National Redevelopment North Corpor-
ation be permitted to install and operate three private
parking lots on Lot 1, Block 4, Western Area Addition,
situated on the south side of Fuller Avenue, between
Farrington Street and Marion Street, in accordance with
plans approved June 5, 1958, and subject to compliance with
the provisions of all ordinances governing the operation of
parking lots, and to the condition that sidewalks abutting
said premises be kept clean and free of ice and snow at all times.

Dear Sir:
This is in the matter of the National,Redevelopment North Corporation for
• pe.7mit to install and operate three separate private parking lots with
• total capacity of 56 cars in conjunction with fourteen two -story residen-
tial,,- buildin gs, . each •building having four units, on property located on
the south side of Fuller Avenue between-Farrington'and Marion Streets.
This property is described as Lot ,'Block 4, Western Area Addition. The
zoning is, "C" Residence.
The adjacent land uses areas follows :_ to the east, south, and west, is
vacant property; part of the Western Redevelopment Area; west across
Farrington Street are single and multi - family residential uses fronting
on Fuller Avenue.
The tract under consideration has a frontage of 921 feet along Fuller
Avenue, and extends southerly to a depth of 180.12 feet, producing an
area,of 163,819 square feet, or 3.76 acres.
The 'proposed layout and operation of t.be. parking areas have been approved
by the Traffic Engineer, and the applicant's plans meet existing standards
for this type of facility. Field investigation discloses no objection
fromi1the standpoint of adjacent land use or traffic.
In consideration of these factors, the Board of Zoning recommends that
this,permit for three parking lots be granted in accordance with plans
approved June 5, 1958.
