RESOLVED, that Howard Lloyd, doing business as
Lloydis Texaco Service, be permitted to install and
operate a used car sales lot in connection with his
filling station at the northwest corner of Grand Avenue
and Chatsworth Strget, described as the south 100 feet
of Lots 27 and 28, Block'34, Summit Park Addition, in
accordance with applicantts plans approved June 19, 1958,
and subject to the condition that sidewalks abutting said
premises be kept clean and free of ice and snow at all times.

Dear Sir:
This is in the matter of the application of Lloyd's Texaco Service for a
permit to install and operate a used car lot in connection with a filling
station. This property is located adjacent to the northwest corner of
Grand Avenue and Chatsworth,Street and is described as the south 100 feet
of Lots 27 and 28, Block 34, Summit Park Addition. The zoning is commercial.
This,property has been used continuously since 1930 for filling station pur-
poses., The applicant proposes to display three used cars for sale on the
filling station property.
Field investigation discloses no objection to the proposed use. Plans are
in accordance with existing standards for this type of facility, and have
been approved by the Traffic Engineer as to layout and operation.

In consideration of these factors, the Board of Zoning recommends that
this permit be granted in accordance with.tbe applicant's plans approved
June 19, 1958.
