COUNCIL RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM
PRESENTS October 3, 1958

RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, as specified,
materials, equipment and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the
installation of New Contour Curtain and Related Equipment at the Municipal
Auditorium Theater Section, Saint Paul, Minnesota to PREMIER STUDIOS, INCORPORATED
in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and
the Formal Bid #7334 of said Premier Studios, Incorporated for the contract price
of $24,330.00, such bid being the only bid and said Premier Studios, Incorporated
being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby
is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul.
