RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing
Committee therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering
to the Department of Parks, Playgrounds & Public Buildings, Bureau of Public
Buildings, 1100 North Hamline Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, 180 Lockers complete
with coin - operated locks to THE FL%IBLE COMPANY in accordance with City
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7380 of said

only one and said Flxible Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder,
and the�,.Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper
