WHEREAS, The Village of Falcon Heights has made application for
extending its sanitary sewers as provided in Section 6 of Ordinance No.
10829, C. F. 179414, approved September 14, 1956, and has submitted plans
and specifications for said work and
WHEREAS, The aforesaid plans and specifications are.approved by the
Commissioner and Chief Engineer of the Department of Public Works of the
City of St. Paul; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of St. Paul approve the
plans and specifications as submitted for the following sanitary sewer ex-
tensions in'Falcon Heights as approved by the Village Council of Falcon
Heights.
Prior Avenue from Summer Street to Autumn Street
Summer Street from Moore Ave. to Howell Ave.
Moore Avenue from Summer Street to approximately 70 feet south of Sumner Street
Howell Ave. from Summer Street to approximately 70 feet south of Summer Street
And the Village of Falcon Heights be and it is herein authorized to
proceed with the construction of said sanitary sewers in accordance with said
plans and specifications.

Gentlemen:

Section 6 of Ordinance No.°10829 approved September 14,
1956 by the,City Council of the City of St. Paul, which ordinance
grants permission to the Village of Falcon Heights to connect to
the St. Paul Sanitary Sewer system, provides that if the Village of
Falcon Heights desires to extend or enlarge its public-sewer system
it shall submit complete plans and specifications to the Council of
the City of St. Paul and obtain the approval of the St. Paul City
Council. -
Under this provision we hand you two copies of a construc-
tion plan and two copies of specifications covering a proposed sanitary
sewer construction in an area in Falcon Heights being platted as Falcon
Woods No. 2.-
The Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights has
requested the undersigned, as Village attorney, to submit these plans
and to request the approval'of these plans by the City Council of the
City of St. Paul by resolution.
If there is any further information you will need in this
connection would you'kindly contact Vernon L. Ljungren, Village Engineer,
who prepared the plans and specifications.

When the plans have been approved by resolution would you
kindly return one approved set of the plans and specifications to the
undersigned for the Village records.
