In the matter of opening, widening and extending Pascal Street from University Ave. to
St.Anthony Ave. by condemning and taking the following lots and parcels of land: Those
parts of the W 1/2 SW 1/4 Sec.34, T -29N, Pe-23W., tide E 1/2 SW 1/4 Sec.349 T -29N, R�-23W
Lot 19, Auditor's Sub No.27, all lying within a strip of,land 60 ft. pride,, the center
line of which is the west 1/4 --1/4 line of Said Sec.34..T -29N, R-23W, between the aforesaid
limits of the proposed opening,
under Preliminary Order 187899 , approved June 17, 195
Intermediary Order 188626 approved August 5, 1958
A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same;
therefore, be it •
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is open, widen and extend Pascal St. from University Ave.
to St.Anthony Ave. by condemning and taking the following lots and parcels'of land:
Those parts of the W 1/2 SW 1/4 Sec. 34, T -29N, R --23W, the E 1/2 SW 1/4, Sec '*34, T -•29N,
R -23W, Lot 19, Auditor's Sub No.27, all lying within a strip of land 60 ft. wide, the
center line of which is the west 1/4 -1/4 line of said Sec.34, T -29N, R• -23W, between the
aforesaid limits of the proposed opening.
and the Council hereby orders said improvements to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following land, lands or easements therein be and the same are
hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpose of making said improvements, viz.:

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and the proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to proceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.
