RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Conttact Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all plant, power, light
transportation, labor, materials, skill, protection, tools and other facilities,
steel posts included, necessary for the complete construction of the work of
raising the Terminal Chamber Building located at'McCarron Pumping and Filtration
Plant, 1900 Rice Street, St. Paul, Minnesota to H. W. PRODGER HOUSE MOVER in
accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the
Formal Bid #7348 of said H. W. Prodger House Mover for the contract price of
$1,750.00, such bid being the lowest and said H. Prodger'House Moverl.being a
reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is

directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
of Saint Paul.
