RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves theiaward of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all plant, transportation,
labor, materials, skill, protection, tools and other facilities necessary for
the complete Re- roofing of that portion of theRoof over the pump room at the
Centerville Pumping,Station, located at Centerville, Anoka County, Minnesota
for the City of St. Paul Water Department to F.! E. QUAY COMPANY in accordance
with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7349 of
said F. E. Quimby Company for the contract price of $1,540.00, such bid being
one of identical bids and said F. E. Quimby Company being a reasonable and re-
liable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw
`up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby
are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
