to said City by warranty deed from Earl L. Gothier, towit:
All that part of Lots 1 through 6, inclusive,
Block 1, Gothier is Addition, in the City of
St. Paul, described as follows, to -wit:
Commencing at the northeasterly corner of Lot
7, Block 1, Gothier's Addition; thence easterly
along the northerly line of- Gothier's Addition
to the most easterly corner of Lot 1, Block 1,
Gothier's Addition, located on said line; thence
south 30 feet to a point; thence westerly on a
straight line to the point of beginning; and
All that part of Lot 7, Block 1, Gothier's
Addition in the City of St.lPaul, described as
follows, to -wit: Commencing at the most
westerly corner of said Lot'7; thence east on
the north line of said lot 50 feet; thence
southerly to the - southwesterly line of-said.—
