This property is described as Lots 13 to 24 inclusive, Block 6', Gurney Highland Park Addition. The zoning is "A" Residence. The property under consideration has a frontage of 82' on Wheelock Parkway, and extends northerly for 210'. This permit, if granted, will provide an- off - street parking capacity for 40 cars to be used in connection with the Wesley- Methodist•,Church which is to be erected on Wheelock Parkway to the ` west of vacated Gurney Street. t The adjacent land uses are as follows: there is vacant property to the south; "to the west are a single family residence and the railroad tracks; to the east are single family homes facing Abell Street and there are single - family homes to the north. The applicant's plans meet existing standards for this type of facility, The proposed layout and operation have beep approved by the Traffic Engi- neer. Field Investigation discloses no objections from the standpoint of adjacent land use or traffic.
